Murfreesboro, NC – Career-high performances from Demitri Gardner and Maximillian Amadasun propelled the Augusta men’s basketball team to a thrilling 105-99 overtime victory over Chowan University on Sunday afternoon at Hawks Athletic Center. Gardner erupted for a career-best 38 points, while Amadasun dominated inside with 31 points and 13 rebounds, also a career-high. The Jaguars improved to 1-4 with the win, while Chowan dropped to 3-4.
