The Augusta-Richmond County Commission will meet to decide whether the public has ceased to use a portion of Twiggs Street and Watkins Street between Sixth Street and Fenwick Street that has ceased to be used by the public to the extent that no substantial public purpose is served by it or that its removal from the country road system is otherwise in the best interests of the public.
