Rim a pint glass with chili mix (see below on how to make your own). Add 0.5 oz. fresh lime juice, 2 dashes of tabasco (depending on the heat level you want) and a tsp. of chili mix (you can use Tejin if you have it, or make your own chili mix by mixing a mild chili powder with coarse salt 1 part each, and celery salt). Add 0.5 oz. olive juice, a splash of Worcestershire sauce and 2-3 oz. of tomato juice. Tilt your glass and slowly add in the beer—we use Golden Road Mango Cart Wheat Ale in ours. Garnish with a chili-coated orange slice and lime wedge and enjoy!
