Americus, GA – Playing without starting guard Autumn Phillips, the Augusta women’s basketball team secured a 74-61 victory over Georgia Southwestern on Saturday evening at the Storm Dome. The Jaguars improve to 16-7 overall and 8-5 in Peach Belt Conference play, while the Hurricanes drop to 11-10 and 7-6 in league action.
