Greenwood, S.C. – After leading by as many as 17 points midway through the third quarter, the Augusta University women scored just four points in the final quarter and fell to Lander 66-65 at Horne Arena on Saturday. The Bearcats hit two free throws with :04 seconds left for the winning margin. The Jaguars are now 5-3 in Peach Belt Conference play and 9-5 overall. The Bearcats improve to 2-5 in conference and 4-10 overall.
